Make A Circuit With Me

A confession: when Consort explains what he does for a living, it all sounds like this to me. Just add the phrase "Net Present Value," and I'll tell you, it's another evening around Quinn and Consort's house.

NOTE: Consort just saw that someone asked if he worked in mortgages. He got ashen. While I'm allowed to tease him no end, we might have reached a limit. He wants everyone to know he works in the tech sector and not in mortgages.

"Differential girdle springs?" Sounds kind of kinky.

OH MY LORD. That was funny. Is that REAL? The contraption he is standing in front of reminds me of the machine the bad guy was using in a very very very old episode of the original Batman TV series from the 1940's. I am guessing consort works with mortgages. And I have no concept of how you net present value anything. Or why. I just know you do it.

My apologies to Consort. I do not under any circumstances want to cause him any degree of distress.

I so totally get this! My husband works in network data storage - and that is where my knowledge of his job pretty much ends. (Petabyte? Leveraging content? These are things I hear between the blah blahs and yada yadas.)

That was brutal. But I love that song "Make a Circuit with Me!" by the Polecats.
